David Ferguson is the Executive Vice President of Anthem Works Ltd., a Vancouver based real estate development, investment and management organization focused on retail and residential properties in western North America. He joined Anthem in 1998.
From 1995 to 1997, David was President of RealCap International, a real estate investment and advisory company based in Bermuda. RealCap invested in real estate projects in Canada and the US and provided advisory services to real estate owners.
David was Vice President, Real Estate of Hees International Limited from 1987 to 1994. Hees was one of the largest merchant banks in Canada and is now called Brookfield Asset Management. David was responsible for sourcing and structuring real estate investment opportunities, overseeing Hees' investment in selected public real estate companies and was involved in the restructuring of BCE Development Corporation and Coscan Corporation, two public real estate companies in which Hees had investments. David holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of British Columbia, in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Shannon Wilson has a Bachelor of Fine Arts and ran an art gallery before receiving her Teachers Certificate. Following her true passion, she was the primary designer at lululemon athletica after receiving her degree in fashion design. Shannon continues to mentor at lululemon and is the mother of three children.
Shannon began her charity work at a young age by donating to children in need in Haiti. Shannon has a passion to elevate the world through the gift of primary education.

Chip Wilson is a passionate entrepreneur and visionary who is best known for his creation of lululemon athletica. Chip founded the dynamic, yoga-inspired athletic apparel company in 1998 with the mission to provide people with components to live longer, healthier and more fun lives. As founder and Chief Product Developer of lululemon athletica, Chip influences all areas of the company. Headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, lululemon manufactures, distributes, and retails its products in over 35 stores across North America and internationally.
Chip holds a BA in Economics from the University of Calgary. In 2004, he was named Canadian Entrepreneur of the Year for Innovation and Marketing by Ernst & Young. Chip maintains a healthy and active lifestyle with a regular exercise routine that consists of hiking the Grouse Grind in Vancouver three times a week and seeing a personal trainer at least twice a week. Michelle Armstrong is the Director of Finance, Planning & Analysis for Vancouver based clothing retailer, lululemon athletica inc. After growing up in rural British Columbia, Michelle attained her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Victoria while playing soccer on the Women's Varsity team. Michelle's university summers were spent rappelling from helicopters while working as a firefighter for British Columbia Forest Service Rapattack Team.
Upon completing her degree in 2000, Michelle moved to Vancouver and attained her Chartered Accountant designation with accounting firm, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Before leaving the firm in 2006; she spent a year in the Cayman Islands auditing various organizations.
Michelle has continued her love for sport and the outdoors throughout the years. Her other passions include yoga, knitting and her Labrador retriever, Cayman.

Drew Boshell is an accredited development planner originally from Vancouver, Canada. After completing a Bachelor's of Science in biology from the University of British Columbia, Drew moved on to the University of Queensland, Australia. There he earned an Honours degree in Geographical Sciences and Planning as well as a Master's in Development Planning.
Drew worked for several years in Mongolia, Namibia and Malaysia as a Country Director for a British non profit organization. His main responsibilities were the long-term strategic program planning as well as the design and implementation of community development and environmental conservation projects. During his time abroad, Drew implemented over 100 projects ranging from building schools in partnership with Namibia's Ministry of Education, to establishing energy efficient medical clinics in conjunction with the United Nations Development Program. In April 2005, Drew became Director of the ORBIS Flying Eye Hospital with the goal of eradicating unnecessary blindness worldwide by delivering high quality medical training for eye care professionals in developing countries.
Drew has a passion for traveling having lived in and traveled to over 80 countries worldwide. In his free time, Drew enjoys scuba diving, sailing and trying new and exotic foods.

Ciara Corcoran is a dedicated educator and Principal at West Point Grey Academy, an independent school located on the west side of Vancouver, British Columbia. Growing up in North Vancouver, she attended the University of British Columbia and completed a Bachelor of Arts in History in 1990, and a Bachelor of Education with a specialization in Elementary in 1991. In 2003, she finished a Masters in Educational Leadership and Administration at the University of British Columbia with a research component on provincial standards.
After completing her undergraduate degrees, Ciara taught in the West Vancouver public school system for two years and abroad in Hong Kong at the Canadian International School for three years. From 1996, she has been an integral member of West Point Grey Academy.
In education, Ciara believes every child deserves to be nurtured and recognized for his or her individual gifts. She is passionate about her own life long learning whether it is obtained through collaborative projects, continuous study, or travel.
Ciara is married to Andrew Chang, her university sweetheart, and is the proud mother of Ben who is currently five years old.

Jonathan McCullough is a lawyer and a founding partner of McCullough O'Connor Irwin LLP, a corporate and securities law firm based in Vancouver. He has spoken at numerous legal education conferences, has published articles on corporate law issues and has participated on an advisory committee to a Canadian stock exchange. Jonathan is an avid runner, having run 7 full marathons, and many half marathons; he commutes to work by bike and tries to hit the slopes on his snowboard as often as he can. His real joy though comes from his family: his wife Tara and five children (aged 5 to 23). Jonathan gives his volunteer time to causes that help the world's less fortunate.

Sean Morrison is the co-founder of Maxam Opportunities Fund, a $100 million private equity fund. Sean was formerly a partner at Capital West Partners, a Vancouver-based investment banking firm where he advised companies across Canada with respect to capital raising, IPOs, debt restructurings, asset sales, acquisitions, valuations and fairness opinions. Sean is a graduate of UBC with a degree in Commerce and holds a Chartered Accountant designation.
