What is your Creatribution™? 

My Creatribution™ is being a part of the OneNight for 1Day team! OneNight for 1Day is an event showcasing talented youth performers from Vancouver. With help from hard-working Capilano University students and under the leadership of Ella Batten, for a second year this event is going forward! Not only is the event a platform for the performers to display their amazing talents, we are able to promote a fabulous organization at the same time. The best of both worlds.

What do you love, love, love doing? 

I love, love, love doing things that will make a positive contribution to people’s lives who really need it. If it can make them smile, laugh, and feel cared for at the same time then that is all the better!

What do you expect to learn, discover, or achieve through your Creatribution™? 

I hope to learn new skills in how to help put together this type of benefit concert. I hope to discover new friends who are as passionate about this cause as I am also.

What about imagine1day is most important to you? 

The most important factor about imagine1day to me is that their goal of widespread education to children in Ethiopia is like a gift that is going to keep on giving to all the people in Ethiopia. The knowledge the children will gain is information they will use every day for the rest of their lives and a foundation they will be able to build on.

What is something you have learned that you NEVER knew before imagine1day? 

I never knew how QUICKLY you can get support for a cause when you tell them about imagine1day.

Why did you choose imagine1day? 

I chose imagine1day because when I researched their purpose and motive my immediate reaction was a big “YES!” What the organization stood for was something that I became passionate about right away and wanted to put my skills to work for.
