imagine1day is a growing, global community of people making passionate contributions to ensure every child in Ethiopia receives a quality education.

The Kilte Awelalo Sustainable Quality Primary Education Project supported by the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) and implemented by imagine1day and its local partners, addresses the four pillars of education: access, quality, equality and efficiency in 58 schools located in the region of Tigray in Northern Ethiopia. Commencing in 2011, this three-year project will directly benefit 28,497 children, 464 teachers, 58 school principals, 292 Parent Teacher Association members, and 400 households.
