SHIFTED exposes the opportunities created from difficult setbacks and events that result in a shift in someone's life. This event creates the opportunity for people to think about challenge in a new way and be inspired, while supporting imagine1day and educational efforts in Ethiopia. As a result of the learning and development shift that occurs in Vancouver, an educational shift will occur in Ethiopia.

The intention is that these photos sessions are not a singular experience for those who benefit - but, instead, will serve as inspiration among family, friends and an army of strangers to feel and act on the same inspiration that has found me. It's already happening. Friends - be they designers, servers, event planners - have been giving their time and are circling it back to imagine1day.
