We have a great deal to learn from and share with Ethiopia and its people. As a participant it is nonetheless important to understand that Ethiopia does not have the infrastructure, medical facilities, hygiene and legal system that exist in North America. Though this trip is designed to promote participants' safety, comfort and fun, you must be prepared to accept the risk of this adventure in Ethiopia including; personal injury, emotional trauma, illness, unanticipated event, death, loss or damage to property. The dates and activities planned in the itinerary are tentative and subject to change based on weather, flight availability and other events.
imagine1day is a clearing for fun-filled contribution and connectedness. Moving away from the paradigm called charity; imagine1day is distinguished as a community wherein all beings are elevated by their participation. In all interactions there is an exchange of value. We are unique not in what we say or who we purport to be, but rather in the shared experience of our expanding community.
We look forward to this trip being a true expression of this declaration made by imagine1day.
