From North to South:
We're Expanding in Ethiopia

Since December 2007, imagine1day has focused its program activities in the northern Ethiopian region of Tigray. During this time we have supported primary education (Grades 1-8) and in 2011 we initiated a pilot High School Scholarship Program to advance our vertical integration into Ethiopia's education system.
The diagram below is a brief summary of our program achievements and our plans to scale our proven model through an expansion into the southern region of Oromiya from 2012-2014.

Our underlying objective with every project we undertake is to leave each community we work with knowing that they have the financial and human capacity to own the legacy of their education. We achieve this by delivering our program through four pillars: access, sustainability, equality, and quality.

As always, 100% of donations will go directly to this project. We are committed to complete transparency and accountability and view our donors as investors. You will receive regular reports updating you on the progress that we are making together in Oromiya. Each report will allow you to meet the people of Oromiya and hear how their lives are being impacted by your contribution.

Please support us in expanding our work to the South of Ethiopia. In our first year, in 2012, we will start with 10 communities in the Oromiya region that require a boost in school infrastructure and capacity building. For a total investment of $265,000 we can make it happen.
We know you're busy. We've made it easy.
