Harold Bishop Elementary is committed to creating, sustaining and enhancing the philosophy of giving to others by actively participating in both local and global citizenship and socially responsible initiatives. In partnership with imagine1day, we seek to understand, join hands and work toward providing much needed educational opportunities abroad. It is our desire; it is our responsibility! Throughout the 2008/2009 school year we were proud to support the Laelay Weste Community School in Northern Ethiopia. Our contribution of training and supplies will improve the quality of education for 400 students each year. During the 2009/2010 school year we are continuing our support by raising funds and awareness for the Gerambero Community School.

The Kids Helping Kids Foundation is motivating the students at Harold Bishop by matching dollars raised through their creative fundraising endeavours.
